Shipping policy

Processing Times

All of our items are handmade, made fresh per order and ship within 5-7 day. Orders containing candles and sugar scrubs ship Monday - Wednesday due to them possibly melting if left in a warehouse over the weekend. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Should you need your order sooner please email us directly at MusaNatural1@gmail.com and we will do our best to expedite your order.

If we are experiencing a higher volume of orders, processing times and shipping may be delayed.

Shipping

We currently only ship within the US, through USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Postal Service), whichever is fastest. Once your order ships it should arrive within 2-4 days. We cannot guarantee delivery as the shipping is out of our hands once it leaves are studio. 

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours for the tracking number to become active. 

Damages or Lost Orders

Musa Natural is not liable for any lost or damaged items but if your order arrived damage please contact us immediate with pictures of the damaged order and save all package materials. If your item was lost please contact us immediately. In the past, especially during the holidays, packages have unfortunately arrived late.
